         Are you lost in Translations?

CALL US!

The Forth Valley Community Interpreting  is an interpreting and translation service based within CSREC.

We have a strong and ever-growing team of qualified interpreters from Central Scotland area, and aim to:

  • promote awareness among the agencies of the value of using trained interpreters and providing advice on appropriate use and provision of translated materials
  • encourage the recruitment, training and continuous assessment of interpreters and translators
  • promote racial harmony between people of different race, religion, colour, sex and ability and to work towards the elimination of discrimination within a multi-racial, multicultural society.
    •
We provide confidential, efficient and tailor-made interpreting and translating service in all major world languages.

99% of our user feedback surveys describe us as “excellent”.

CSREC is concerned that the  increase in demand for interpreters is  leading to the unethical ,  unprofessional and exploitative practice of using families, friends and colleagues to interpret for clients

It is crucial that due care is taken when matching interpreters with clients to avoid the danger of  using wrong accent or matching people from opposing sides of the conflict in the case of refugees and asylum seekers
For further information call us on 01324 610 950

Qualified and Experienced Interpreters and Translators
are required on a freelance basis for the Forth Valley Community Interpreting Service.
